Manufactured in Queensland, this front sway bar spacer plate kit is designed to suit Ford Ranger PX and PXII models (2011–2020), along with Mazda BT-50 Series 2 variants. While suitable for vehicles at any lift height, the primary purpose of this kit is to increase clearance between the sway bar and aftermarket 2.5 remote reservoir shocks, where the sway bar can sit very close and may otherwise contact the shock body under suspension movement.
The spacer plates reposition the factory sway bar slightly forward, creating additional space without altering overall suspension geometry. This makes them an ideal solution when fitting larger diameter shocks or remote reservoir setups, particularly in tight front-end packaging where clearance is limited.
Each plate is manufactured from heavy-duty 5mm 350gr mild steel, delivering excellent strength and rigidity to securely support the sway bar under load. A protective SA5 zinc coating provides long-term corrosion resistance, making the plates well suited to harsh Australian conditions, including mud, moisture, and off-road use. Designed as a direct bolt-on solution, this kit installs easily using factory mounting points, reducing installation time and avoiding unnecessary modification.
