The Superior Chassis Brace/Repair Plate Kit is manufactured to suit the Toyota Hilux Wide Track models – including Rogue and GR Sport Dual Cabs from 2022 onwards. Designed specifically to reinforce the rear section of the chassis rail, this kit targets weak points that can develop stress cracks under heavy loads, or extreme off-road use.
Laser cut from 4mm 350-grade mild steel and treated with an SA5 zinc coating, this weld-in brace is the insurance policy your Hilux needs before things get expensive.
The wider stance and increased payload capacity of the Rogue and GR Sport models put more stress on the chassis. Add in rough tracks, recovery points, or long-distance towing, and it’s only a matter of time before fatigue sets in.
