Imagine a world where you can adjust your shocks through 100 levels of compression adjustment from the comfort of the driver’s seat. Well with the Superior ECDS Shocks that world is a reality.
Our latest range of adjustable 2.5 shocks comes with an in-cab controller. This allows for not only a large range of adjustment of the compression, but also has 4 levels of fine-tuning of the adjustment, with 5, 16, 64, or 100 stage adjustment. All these levels offer the same amount of compression adjustment, just with different amounts of fine-tuning.

The wiring of the system is simplified with colour coded wires for each individual corner of the vehicle.
Rebound Adjustment
6 Levels of rebound adjustment can be made via the knob on the lower leg or shaft ( this is not in cab adjustable ) needs image of adjuster.
Sintered High Performance Piston
Features race-inspired port configurations and variable rate shim stack technology to provide vehicle-specific damping performance and optimum ride quality. A composite Teflon wear band offers low internal resistance and high compressive strength enhancing shock performance.
Spherical Rod End Assembly - Strut
High-performance spherical rod end assembly designed for correct clearance and increased strength suitable for your application. Fitted with Teflon-lined commercial grade spherical bearings for smooth articulation and longest life.
6000 Series Alloy Remote Reservoir
Remote Reservoir Canister for increased oil volume, and greater cooling capacity. Internal Floating Piston separates the shock Oil and Nitrogen eliminating foaming or mixing of the oil and gas that produces shock fade.

6000 Grade alloy cylinder tubes, Aircraft quality billet aluminum components, High-pressure hydraulic hose, and seals. Plus the 22mm Hard-chromed shafts are designed for maximum strength and durability in lifted and performance applications.

These Superior Electric (ECDS) Shocks are fully rebuildable, serviceable, and upgradeable. All parts are carried in stock and allow the user to finely-tune, adjust, and service their shocks, ensuring you get the longest life possible from your suspension.
In Cab Adjustability
UP TO 100 STAGE COMPRESSION ADJUSTMENT
ECDS Shock absorbers come standard boasting up to 100 stages of compression adjustment by simply turning the dial “ON-THE-FLY” while driving, this enables you to concentrate on the road and simply adjust as the conditions change.
X-Large 66mm Body and Reservoir
By manufacturing the ECDS out of 6000 series alloy tube you can be rest assured you will have the lightest and best cooling shock absorber available. Being alloy also means corrosion will not be an issue.
Velocity Sensitive Deflective Disc Valving
By using Velocity Sensitive Deflective Disc Valving the valving will automatically adjust to the current conditions for improved ride and comfort.
High Pressure Nitrogen
High Pressure Nitrogen is used to greatly reduce the amount of shock fade by constantly holding pressure against the oil. The result is a shock that highly resists shock fade.
22mm Shock Shaft
Superior ECDS use S45C Hard chrome plated bar that boasts a massive 800MPA tensile strength and surface hardness of HV 1150, this allows exceptional resistance against bending, distortion and resistance to stone chips and rock damage.
Machine Billet Aluminium Components
To ensure the best heat dissipation Superior shocks utilise billet 6000 Alloy components for the majority of the build, this ensures accuracy, cooling and reduces weight.
Anodized Coating
Anodized Coatings are resistant to chipping, peeling, scratching and flaking as the layer is intact with the aluminium substrate, not just applied to the aluminium.
3 Years Warranty
ECDS shocks are covered by a 3 year unlimited KLM warranty against failure or leaking of the Shock Absorber.
