Exclusivity Guarantee:

Winner Selection:

The top bidder for each charity at the close of this auction will receive packages numbered in order of their final bid amounts (the highest bidder receives #1 of 3, the second highest receives #2 of 3, and the third highest receives #3 of 3).

Welcome to the Superior Engineering Silent Auction for Charity! By placing a bid, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All proceeds from this auction will be donated to the nominated charity selected by each winning bidder: Black Dog Institute, Royal Flying Doctor Service, or Red Nose Australia.

Bidding Process

• Bidding opens on 8:00am 11/08/2025 and closes strictly at 23:59:59pm 18/08/2025.
• Bids must be submitted via the official method outlined above and must include the bidder’s full legal name and contact details.
• All bids are final once submitted – no cancellations, retractions, or amendments will be accepted.
• Bidders may place multiple bids, but only their highest valid bid at close will be considered.

Winner Notification and Confirmation

• The top three highest valid bids at the close of the auction will be deemed the winners.
• Winners will be contacted via phone/email within 24 hours of the auction closing.
• Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 48 hours. Failure to confirm within this time may result in forfeiture, in which case the prize will be offered to the next eligible bidder.

Prize Allocation

• There are three exclusive collector’s prize packages, one assigned to each supported charity:
  - Black Dog Institute
  - Royal Flying Doctor Service
  - Red Nose Australia
• When placing a bid, each participant must nominate a charity they wish to support.
• Participants are welcome to place bids on more than one charity if they wish to support multiple causes or increase their chances of winning.
• The highest valid bid received for each individual charity at the close of the auction will win the corresponding prize package.
• Each prize pack contains:
  - One (1) Superior Fire Pit - with Laser Cut logo of your chosen charity (Officially endorsed by each charity)
  - One (1) Superior "S" T-Shirt – individually numbered and authenticated
• These items are strictly limited to three sets. Each shirt is uniquely numbered (1 of 3, 2 of 3, or 3 of 3).
• Each charity is treated as a separate, standalone auction – the three are run independently and do not affect each other’s outcome.
• If two or more bids are received for the same amount under the same charity, the first bid received at that amount will be considered the winning bid.

Payment and Collection

• Full payment is required within five business days of winner confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods include EFT and credit card.
• Items will be available for collection from Superior Engineering, 8 Chrome Court, Burpengary, QLD 4505, Australia, once payment has cleared.
• Shipping can be arranged upon request; any associated shipping or insurance costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Item Condition and Exclusivity

• All prize items are brand new, custom-designed, and created exclusively for this auction.
• Superior Engineering guarantees the authenticity, individual numbering, and one-of-a-kind status of each package.

Charity Contribution

• 100% of each winning bidder’s contribution will be donated exclusively to the charity they nominated.
• Donations are not pooled or shared across charities.
• For example:
  - If a bidder wins the Red Nose Australia auction, their full winning bid goes only to Red Nose Australia.
  - The same applies to winners of the Black Dog Institute and Royal Flying Doctor Service categories.

Disputes and Final Decisions

• Superior Engineering reserves the right to resolve any disputes, errors, or ambiguities at its sole discretion.
• All decisions regarding bid eligibility, timing, and prize allocation are final and not subject to review or appeal.

Privacy

• All personal information provided during the auction will be used only for administrative purposes related to this event.
• Contact details will never be sold or shared with third parties. Marketing communications will only be sent if you have opted in.
• Bidders must be 18 years of age or older at the time of bidding.
• By participating, you confirm that any bids placed are genuine and not made on behalf of another individual without consent.
• Superior Engineering accepts no liability for any technical errors or system issues that may affect the ability to place a bid.
• Items won are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If a prize cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, production issue), Superior Engineering reserves the right to substitute the item with one of equal or greater value.
• All auction values are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
• Participation in this auction does not imply any ongoing commercial relationship with Superior Engineering.
