Further to our regular Terms and Conditions the following applies to sale items.

• No Rain Checks.
• The Superior Engineering Gift Card is excluded from any sales or discounts.
• Superior Engineering reserves the right to end a sale at any time without notice.
• Superior Engineering reserves the right to refuse a sale due to incorrect pricing eg. sale price exceeds cost pricing.
• Superior Engineering is not responsible for unavailability of products from other suppliers.
• Superior Engineering offers/coupons can only be applied once per transaction.
• Superior Engineering offers/coupons may only be applied to online orders, further conditions are stated in the fine print of the communication you receive at the time of the sale/campaign.
• Superior Engineering offers/coupons are excluded from any Superior Outback Kits & Superior X-Track Kits.
• Superior Engineering offers/coupons are excluded from taxes, shipping, labour and fitting, or handling charges.
• Already discounted/sale items may be excluded from the sale. Each sale will stipulate it's own T&C's.
• Various Superior Engineering products may be excluded from the sale. Each sale will stipulate it's own T&C's.
• Sales must be completed within the sale period, and lay-bys are not available at sale/offer pricing.
