Superior Billet Series 6061-T6 Alloy 25mm Front Bump Stop Extension suitable for Suzuki Jimny JB74 and JC74 (05/2018 on) is designed to control suspension compression on lifted vehicles; CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium and paired with durable rubber contact surface for a consistent and durable impact absorption. This extension helps prevent over-compression of the suspension, protecting shocks, coils, and surrounding components.
When lifting a Jimny, increased suspension travel or higher loads can lead to components contacting earlier than intended. Without a correct bump stop extension, shocks can bottom out, coils can bind, and critical components can be placed under unnecessary stress. A bump stop extension limits compression at the right point, improving durability and maintaining suspension integrity under load.
Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium, the billet extension provides strength without adding unnecessary weight.
