When lifting independent front suspension vehicles, CV angles are increased, placing additional stress on CV joints and boots. This kit corrects that geometry by lowering the front differential, helping restore more favourable driveline angles and improving long-term reliability.
Manufactured from heavy-duty 350gr mild steel components and finished in a durable gloss black powder coat, the kit is built to withstand the Australian conditions, whether the vehicle is used for touring, daily driving, or off-road work. The CNC laser cut brackets ensure accurate diff relocation without compromising ground clearance.
By reducing CV joint operating angles, this diff drop kit helps minimise vibration, excessive wear, and the risk of premature CV failure, common issues seen on lifted Prado 250 models without correction. It is particularly beneficial for vehicles running larger tyres, heavier accessories, or spending extended time off-road where suspension articulation is increased.

The Superior Prado 250 Diff Drop lowers both the front and rear mounting points of the front differential housing, unlike other brands that lower the front only. By supporting the housing evenly, factory-style driveshaft angles are maintained and load on the rear diff mount bush is reduced, helping extend bush life and minimise wear.
Lowering the front of the housing alone places unnecessary stress on the rear diff mount bush, which can lead to premature failure and introduce misalignment in the front driveshaft. The result is increased risk of driveline vibration and long-term component fatigue.
