Auto-Retract Compact Air Hose Reel
This is the world's first auto-retracting air hose reel built into a compact frame. It’s designed for serious use in 4WDs, trailers, canopies, service vehicles or even the workshop where space is limited but performance can't be compromised. The spring-loaded retraction system pulls the hose back in smoothly without any winding or fuss. 

You get a 7-metre hose with a durable EPDM rubber core and a braided nylon outer. It comes pre-fitted with a patented quick-connect brass fitting and includes ARB and Nitto-style fittings, so it’s ready to plug into most compressed air systems. No setup needed. 

Crafted using aircraft-grade aluminium, the body handles heat, dust, and daily wear with ease. It can be mounted in either flat or vertical configurations using the included stainless steel brackets, with multiple mounting points for flexible setup.

Built to resist abrasion, heat, and harsh Aussie conditions, this heavy duty model is backed by a 3-year warranty. From tyre inflation to air tools and mobile gear checks, the Tuff Terrain self-retracting reel delivers smooth, secure, and reliable performance wherever you use it.

Can I use this reel with a pressure washer?
No, this reel is designed for use with compressed air only. It hasn't been designed or tested with water use in mind.

Which air compressor is best for this reel?
The Tuff Terrain Air Compressor is the ideal match for this model. It provides the right airflow and pressure, and it connects directly using the fittings included in the kit. Most 12V and portable air compressors will also work.

Will the fittings suit my setup?
Yes. The included ARB and Nitto-style fittings cover most 4WDs, compressors, and workshop systems across Australia. No extra adapters needed—just plug and go.

Should I purchase a retractable or non-retractable hose reel? 
A retractable hose reel is great for applications where your install space is limited because the retract mechanism is integrated and the reel doesn't need to be manually wound back in.

In the event that space is not an issue and a manual retrieve is possible, the retractable feature is a luxury upgrade to the manual hose reel.
