Longfieldâ„¢ 30-Spline 4340 Chromoly Super Set
With larger tires and more horsepower being used on the trails these days, upgrades to
your axle is more critical than ever. In a Toyota, one of the common failures are the
stock 27-spline birfields and axles. The solution to this problem is our Longfieldâ„¢
30-Spline 4340 Chromoly Super Set. These birfields and axles will get you to wherever
you need to go and give you confidence and peace of mind to run any trail.
The Longfieldâ„¢ birfields are made out of 100% Chromoly and are precision polished to
remove any imperfections that may cause stress risers. The Longfieldâ„¢ birfield housing
is made out of forged 4340 Chromoly steel. The axle shafts are also made out of 4340
chromoly steel. The internals of our Longfieldâ„¢ birfields are made out of vacuum arc
remelted 4340 Chromoly steel and then dual heat-treated for superior strength.
We understand that once you upgrade your axles, the next weak link is your hub gears,
so we decided to include our Chromoly Inner and Outer Hub Gears and Creeper Drive
Flanges at no additional cost! This will give you the confidence that your front axle will
stand up to any trail you wish to run and will save you hundreds over purchasing them
separately.
These parts have undergone years of extensive in-house and field testing. We are so
confident with the Longfieldâ„¢ 30-Spline 4340 Chromoly Super Set that we are offering
this kit with our No Questions Asked Lifetime warranty. This warranty has no limitations
and is not limited by the size of the tires on your rig.
The Longfield 30-spline Birfields allow up to 40 degrees of turning radius and have a
consistent breaking point of 8900-9000 foot-pounds of torque (all testing data is based
on internal testing at TGI).
