Airbags, Coil Rite and Rite Air bags for 4x4’s, utes, trucks and vehicles.
Superior Engineering now sells the Ride Rite air bags and accessories, Coil Rite air bags and Accessories as well as the On Air Suspension Range.
Firestone Ride rite airbags are designed to fit between a vehicles chassis and the axle/ leaf spring to provide a levelling control, front to rear and side to side when a vehicle is under load. Firestone Ride Rite Airbags are a two ply, reinforced rubber bellow. Firestone Ride rite air bags provide extra support for leaf springs in light trucks, vans, 4x4, suv’s and caravans.
Firestone Coil Rite Airbags are designed to fit inside existing coils springs to provide levelling control to a vehicle when under load. Coil Rite air bags are made of durable Polyurethane. If you have a heavy laden 4x4 then coil rites are definitely recommended.
On Air is a full air suspension applied to 4x4’s and other vehicles with coil spring suspension. The 4wd coil springs are removed totally and we replace the coil springs with air bags. The 4x4 airbags are a heavy Duty two piece reinforced rubber rolling sleeves, the same construction as used on trucks. You can adjust for varying loads and road conditions by simply inflating or deflating the airbags, just like a tyre.
4x4 Compressors are another item that we hold in stock here at superior engineering, we sell the Boss 1 gal air tank , boss 3 gal air tank and the boss 5 gal air tank, Boss Air tanks come in alloy in a range of different colours. The boss compressors are useable in either 12volt or 24 volt and 2 sizes available, Boss ¾ hp Compressor and the Boss ¼ HP Compressor. The boss ¾ HP compressor has a unbelievable 100% duty cycle at 0-150psi .Boss ¼ HP compressor has a 50% duty cycle at 1.5cfm.Bossalso has a huge range of fittings and accessories also available.
Tigerz11 Compressors are rated 160 litres@30psi, 12 volts and 150psi maximum working pressure.
Tigerz11 has a steel 9 litre air tank and an 18 litre air tank as well as many accessories to fit their Tigerz11 Compressors.
Another good compressor that Superior Engineering sells is the Big Red Mark V1, this is an all metal construction with a Teflon ring and the latest oil free design. Big red compressors flow 35 psi at 36.9 litres per minute. Not to forget the ARB Compressors for your 4x4 they have 2 in their range that are very good for the 4x4 applications. The first is the ARB CKMA12 Compressor that can be used on air lockers and an inflation kit can also be fitted. The smaller ARB compressor is CKSA12 and this compressor is suitable only for the ARB Air Lockers. 4x4 Suspension is what Superior Engineering is known for, we have built many 4x4 competition trucks that consistently win in 4wd competitions and they are all using Superior Engineering 4x4 Suspension.
Superior Engineering manufactures all of our Suspension components at Burpengary.
Our 4wd Suspension Kits utilise such brand shock absorbers as Tough Dog, EFS, Bilstein, Rancho and Superior Engineering has Just released Our new 2 inch SRC range of remote reservoir Shocks built to suit the everyday 4wd to the extreme racing trucks . More on the SRC Remote Reservoir shocks can be read in our website. Superior Engineering’s 4x4 Suspension range only uses the highest quality materials to manufacture our products. Our 4x4 Tie rods are manufactured from 2 types of material 4140 solid bar or 20MNV6 hollow bar; this makes our 4x4 tie rods and 4x4 drag links the best on the market without a doubt. Superior Engineering’s Panhard rods are manufactured from the 20MNV6 Hollow bar and we use fine thread with twin locking nuts to ensure the highest strength and quality, we also only fit genuine bushes to our 4x4 panhard rods. Superior Engineering 4x4 control arms are made in many different sizes ranging from standard to 20mm longer and our 4x4 control arms can also have a strong back welded to them for competition use. Our range of 4x4 control arms upper and lower use only rubber bushes for maximum flex and prolonged bush life. Superior Engineering Manufacture our own range of Drop Radius Arms to suit the Toyota 4x4 and the Nissan 4x4. Our 4x4 radius arms are manufactured from350 grade steel so this ensures you will never break, crack or snap one unlike the cast radius arms available on the market. Our 4x4 radius arms come in different sizes ranging from 2 inch to 6 inch. Superior Engineering also is the only manufacture who designed the revolutionary “Super Flex radius arm” these are guaranteed to flex more than any other radius arm on the market or we will happily refund your money.
